The fencing schedule for the day is as follows:
MoL opens at 9:30am: Field Open for Inspections and Authorizations, possibly Pick-ups depending on space. If you or someone you know is intending to authorize in something, please let me know so I can try to rally enough marshals to move them along in a more timely manner.
Once Authorizations and Inspections are finished (guesstimate 10-10:30am): Never Won a Tourney Tourney running concurrently with Have Won A Tourney Tourney Due to limited field time these will be run as dual bearpits: 3 wins and out Wounds retained Winner reports to MoL
30 minutes Post bearpits(guesstimate 11-11:30): Single Elimination Atlantian Speed Tourney
12ish: Break for lunch – Field remains open for Pick-ups
1pm: Special 3v3 Edition Blue Mountain Prize Fight Mix and match your own teams! A portion of the field will remain open for Pick-ups during the prize fight
Post Prize Fight: Field remains open for Pickups
2pm: Field Closes
Note that if we are running significantly behind from the morning, some activities may be cut or modified (not the Prize Fight though). Most likely the midday lunch break may be cut into as overflow tournament time. If I am able to find a C&T marshal, separate C&T versions of the tournaments will be made available. Due to our 4 1/2 hour activity time, anyone willing to marshal will help make things run as smoothly as possible! Please let me know if you are able.
